Jigsaw Sudoku

Play free jigsaw sudoku (also called irregular or squiggly sudoku): instead of 3×3 boxes, nine odd-shaped regions must each hold the digits 1–9. Free, no download.

How to play Jigsaw Sudoku

  • Jigsaw sudoku replaces the usual nine 3×3 boxes with nine irregular, interlocking regions — the "jigsaw" pieces that give the puzzle its name.
  • As in classic sudoku, every row and every column must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once.
  • In addition, each irregular region must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once. The odd shapes create fresh, satisfying deductions.
  • Puzzles are deterministic from a seed and always have a single unique solution; press New puzzle for a fresh random board.
